Newark Advertiser correspondent sketches a divorce case before the New Jersey Legislature. The husband charged the wife with familiarity with a young man, drinking, swindling, and card playing. The wife asked to be divorced from him and noted she married young, erred in choosing her mate, and sought happiness elsewhere. The note hints the legislature might adjust the bill. Great lawsuit concerns the Bank of the United States in New Orleans Commercial Court on the 23d.
