The Tarboroush Press, by George Howard, is published weekly at two dollars fifty cents per year paid in advance or three dollars at year's end. For periods under a year, twenty five cents per month. Advertisements under a square cost one dollar for the first insertion and twenty five cents for each continuation. longer ads at the same per square rate. Court orders and judicial notices cost twenty five percent more. Ads must state the number of insertions or run until ordered otherwise. Letters to the editor must be postpaid.
Delinquent Subscriber Seeks Relief From Printer’s Bills
A poem about a subscriber who confesses years of nonpayment, fears blacklisting, and resolves to settle the five dollar bill from last winter using wages saved, thanking the printer for forbearance and asking pardon for past negligence.

A Hebrew recitation from the altar preceded the rengagement under a canopy aged about 120 years, as guests watched a glass shared and then broken to seal the ceremony.
