Taos school board probes contractor over Tafoya allegations
Taos Municipal School District held a meeting to discuss a district contractor IDEAS Company of Santa Fe that received 50 000 in no bid contracts for a due diligence audit. Board member Thomas Tafoya accused IDEAS co owner Lilli Segre of conducting a witch hunt and questioned who informed IDEAS about a wrongful death suit involving Tafoya's company. Segre promised to pass information to the district within a week after an Aug 31 letter.
