Taos grand jury on Friday Aug 29 indicted Red River mayor John Tillery 57 for aggravated battery and false imprisonment after a disturbance at the Deer Lodge he owns. Deputy Bill Hubbard found Tillery bending over a woman identified as Tammy Younglove as she lay unconscious.
