In District Court on Thursday October 18 three Taos men admitted guilt and received probation or deferred sentences. David Martinez pled guilty to larceny and burglary tied to the St Patrick's Day home theft and motel room theft and got two years probation. Charles Abeyta 35 pled guilty to conspiracy to commit larceny and larceny tied to a power tool theft from Owens General Store and received one year probation. Rudy Montoya 30 pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm threat on April 14 and received one year probation with a deferred sentence.
