Behavioral health overhaul continues in Taos area
After Valle del Sol took over Casa de Corazón's Taos office, about 200 clients were affected by the Medicaid payment freeze. By October Valle del Sol reported 73 enrolled clients while staff dropped from over 40 to 27 locally. Clients had to enroll and sign waivers to transfer files as part of the transition.

Taos Artist Collective members were locked out Monday after Graham's Grille owners Peter and Lesley Fay failed to forward rent to landlord George Cook.
