Ranchos vote denies Old Martina's liquor license
Taos County Commission in a 4-1 decision refused to reconsider the denial of Old Martina's Hall LLC beer and wine license for a restaurant in Ranchos de Taos. The panel cited proximity to San Francisco de Asis church and allowed an appeal to the state Alcohol and Gaming Division or a new application. Martina Gebhardt funded the $2 million remodel. she is not part of the LLC.
