Three Penasco youths plead guilty in abduction case
Christopher Jaramillo Elijas Freeques and Melhen Gonzales pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and received two years probation. The plea bargain dropped kidnap and other charges after evidence questioning the other assaults and witness availability. The trio agreed to reimburse a good Samaritan injured in the January incident.
