Driver admits racing before downtown Taos crash injuring property
Taos police charge 18 year old Antonio Passino with reckless driving leaving scene and failure to report after a Monday crash on Kit Carson Road damaged a parking meter vigas and a porch near 133 and 129 Kit Carson. Passino told officers he had been racing a mustang at about 60 mph.
