Rhoda Blake, longtime pioneer and First Lady of Taos Ski Valley, died at age 97 after a brief illness. Born in 1918 in London and adopted in New York, she helped keep the ski area thriving alongside Ernie Blake, shaping TSV history. Her family recalled her colorful life from her New York upbringing to her New Mexico influence.
