Weekend blaze destroys family's mobile home in Talpa
A mobile home fire in Talpa destroyed the Sanchez family home and nearby trailer on Saturday May 7. Leroy Sanchez 26 was at work at Long John Silver's when the blaze started. His wife Roberta and children Leann 6 and Leroy Jr 2 were at a neighbor's. No injuries reported. Firefighters ran out of water and had to relay from a distant hydrant. Damages about 40000 dollars. Gene Sanchez's trailer also burned. Leray and Gene Sanchez are brothers.
