Paul Vigil Indicted in Talpa for Sex With Minor
Paul Vigil of Talpa has been indicted by a grand jury on four counts relating to the sexual molestation of a girl under 13. He faces one count of sexual intercourse with a minor under 13 and three counts of touching or applying force to the intimate parts of a minor under 13, with incidents alleged between 1973 and August 1983. The case action began March 8 with a criminal complaint, the indictment was returned March 15, and arraignment is set for March 23.
