Taos Solar Energy Fair planned for spring
Taos area may host a three day Solar Energy Fair featuring tours of about 15 solar houses and an industry exhibition with low technology solar building products. About 40 solar houses exist locally with backing from the Chamber of Commerce and Taos Solar Energy Association. Projections call for 35 exhibitors, April 22 to 24, with space at the Taos Holiday Inn and mailing support funded by the New Mexico Department of Development.

Harwood seeks publication grant for Taos history monographs

Questa park receives funding for improvements and playground gear
Siete del Norte, an Espanola firm, donates 1000 dollars as a matching grant to Questa Village. The 1000 dollars equals half of the village share of a 4170 dollar grant from the New Mexico State Planning Office. Funds will fund park development and new playground equipment. Work will start when weather permits.

Taos Town Council Briefs New Administrator on Finances
