Taos Optimists fireworks set for Fourth of July
Taos Optimists International Club will stage a one hour Fourth of July fireworks show at Anaya Field co sponsored by the Town of Taos the Taos Volunteer Fire Department and Taos County with $6000 in fireworks. Fire marshal Jim Fambro warns fireworks free viewing is best due to dry dangerous conditions. The event will be dedicated to World War II veterans of New Mexico and their families with contact numbers for veterans who wish to be recognized.
