Town considers curb on wheels as residents push rules

Taos Plaza to close its public restrooms at gazebo
Taos town council voted to close the only public restrooms on Taos Plaza under the gazebo effective July. Deborah Nason of Parks and Recreation cited ADA violations and safety issues from ice and snow. Restrooms will be replaced with directed access to Civic Center, town hall, Kit Carson Park, and Harwood Library.
