Taos records lowest occupancy in April lodging report
The Rocky Mountain Lodging Report shows Taos at 41 percent occupancy, far behind Farmington 76.5 percent and Albuquerque 69.7 percent across two regions. Taos average room rate is $70.38 with $28.89 revenue per room and 23,039 room nights available. Researchers Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner & Hottman compiled the data with the New Mexico Lodging Association.
