Talpa man Albert J. Trujillo, 19, is in critical condition at Bernalillo County Medical Center after a July 18 crash when his car left Forest Service road beside Rio Chiquito, plunged 30 feet, and he was flown by helicopter to Albuquerque. Passenger Abner Lucero, 16, is at Holy Cross Hospital with a broken leg and facial injuries. police report no citations issued yet.

Don Oliver’s widow, Lillian Oliver, sues Ford and Harper Motor Company for more than 6 million dollars claiming the Ford EXP was uncrashworthy and caused his death.
