Man slugged by bear rescues goat at Philmont
Henry Ostrander, 66, a historian at Kit Carson Museum, knocked a 300 pound black bear attacking a goat named Esmerelda at Philmont Scout Ranch. Jury indicts Taos man in alleged murder of baby
The Taos man Christopher Barney, 27, was indicted by the Eighth Judicial District Court on murder in the first degree with an alternative charge of abuse of a child resulting in death for the death of his 1-year-old son.
