A lawsuit over El Patio Restaurant ownership is postponed due to the sudden hospitalization of attorney Elia Romero for Rolf Milke and Ken Blair. Testimony was heard last Thursday and Friday and was to continue Monday. Romero was reportedly hospitalized in Albuquerque and expected to be out for a week or three weeks.
