Taos County Board Overhauls Leadership in Under One Hour
In a swept in view changes at the Taos County Commission meeting on Monday January 4 incumbent Manuel Trujillo and new commissioners Rebecca Parraz and Virgil Martinez approved an interim county manager interim county attorney interim director for housing and a new Roads Buildings and Landfills oversight post. Julia Valerio was named interim county manager earning 34718 with plans to advertise the permanent post. Robert Dale Morrison was named interim county attorney.
