Taos Pueblo Gov. Mike Concha and 11 tribal leaders signed compacts authorizing casino gambling on Indian lands in New Mexico.Johnson said the deals create a win win for sovereignty and revenue sharing, with 3 percent of profits up to 4 million and 5 percent thereafter, 40 percent to cities and 60 percent to the state.
