Taos shooting victim dies. suspect arraigned in case
Destiny M Valdez 23 of Taos died after a February 3 shooting at the bypass Shell station. Brandon Lopez 23 of Ranchos de Taos was taken into custody as the suspected shooter after an eye witness placed two men at the scene. The incident occurred around 9 30 p m with a gunshot victim arriving at Holy Cross Hospital. Police investigated at the 1137 Paseo del Pueblo Sur location.
