Taos man arraigned after courthouse threat
Wesley D. Winsor, 31, of Taos, faces felony and misdemeanor counts for allegedly threatening a mass shooting at the Taos County Administrative Judicial Complex on Jan 27. He was arraigned Jan 31 before Chief Judge Ernest Ortega in Taos County Magistrate Court. Police, state and local officers arrested him after a lockdown and mental health evaluation call to Tri County Community Services.
