County reports another jail theft in Taos incident

Taos County says 500 dollars paid July 2 as bond money for inmate Mark Eagleheart was not deposited after Quay County sent proof December 8. Interim Jail Administrator Julia Valerio directed staff to verify with the treasurer. The envelope cannot be located, raising total jail theft to 3585.58 between July 2 and July 13.
