Lusk announces departure from Angel Fire on December 27 after nearly three years amid rapid growth and a small village environment. KRZA Radio Restores Full Power in Alamosa
KRZA Alamosa Colorado returns to full 10 000 watt effective radiated power after technical fixes and a new solid state transmitter installation on November 23. Engineers traced interference to nonstandard transmitter signals and replaced the antenna, enabling renewed NPR and Pacifica programming plus local volunteer shows and a weekday regional news segment A Las Ocho. The nonprofit station aims to fund three quarters of the cost via a grant and capital campaign for roof work wiring and insulation.
