Priest Lipinski Sentenced for Abusing a Child in New Mexico

Visiting district judge Eugene Mathis sentenced former Questa parish priest Vincent Lipinski, 31, to nearly five years but suspended jail time and ordered treatment in Maryland for sexual offenders.
