Taos rapist jailed for sixty years in five consecutive counts

Hotel Baths Negligence Cited in Drunk Man Drownings Death

Taos jury apportioned fault in the 1985 drownings at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs. Frank Mauro and the Ojo Caliente corp were found 30 percent and 25 percent responsible respectively, with Miller himself at 20 percent and Barbara Miller 25 percent.
