1115th Transportation Company Returns Home From Deployment
The 1115th Transportation Company and 103 members of the U S Army National Guard returned home after a year abroad. Family members waited for hours with Sgt Matthew Montoya as the chartered bus arrived at Fort Bliss Texas. A cat named Garfield rescued in Iraq by Regan Weber was part of the homecoming. Serg Harman plans to resume teaching in Gallup and says the homecoming is for neighbors. Family members describe relief and pride as soldiers reunited with loved ones after a long separation.
