Deputy sheriff Ben White and friend Tita Heaton reported a bright object crossing the Taos sky near midnight Sunday March 26, vanishing into the Picuris Mountains near Tres Piedras, New Mexico. The observers described a meteor like object entering the area’s eastern sky before disappearing.
Sen C B Trujillo says Gov Bruce King erred but vetoed right to work bill cannot become law. He states the bill is dead despite claims it might be resurrected.
Publishers from across New Mexico will meet in Taos on Saturday April 7 with The Taos News hosting the annual gathering.
