Mrs. Cox Dies In Sleep At Mount Tabor Church
Mrs. Sarah Cox wife of the late W. J. Cox died in her sleep at age 61. A lifelong church and school volunteer she was past president of Mount Tabor Baptist Church Woman's Missionary Union and taught the TEL class. She was the first woman on the Tabor City School Board and remained active in civic service. Funeral services Sunday at 3 p.m. at Mount Tabor Baptist Church with interment in Myrtle Green Cemetery. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
