Arrest Two On Larceny Counts
Local police arrested Perley Gause and Anthony Scott on larceny charges after they were caught attempting to steal venetian blinds and other merchandise from a car. The items were identified as belonging to J C Hipp of Carolina Furniture, Loris, S C, taken late Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Gause, the driver, attempted to flee but was captured after a brief chase. Gause also faces speeding charges.
