Overseas swimmers in doubt for Australia tour
Proximity of Olympic Games may hinder international swimmers planning a tour of Australia. Reported in early season notes, Medchen is tied to American and European training while eyeing Los Angeles and Tokyo connections, with eye trouble risking his 600 metres and other events. Despite this, local clubs prepare for the Donunnin Baths carnival and a busy schedule with junior and senior finals, noting records and upcoming championships across Sydney venues.
