The Footscray Out-Patients Centre is set to open on November 7 with plans for staffing led by the appointing authority. The facility will provide services to patients from Footscray and nearby areas with the public invited for treatment sessions starting Monday at 2 pm.
A quiet wedding took place at St Mark's Church of England in Brmshine on Saturday. Miss avjovne Lucas daughter of Mr and Mrs W Taras wore an eyelet dress with woodlover trimming and lilies. She married Mr Lexie B Stith with her father giving her away, and the couple planned a honeymoon in Morningto before settling in Aberfeldie.

A dispute at Till Street Bray between William Dillon and Thomas Dillon and Reid escalated into assault and trespass charges. Witnesses, including Hanlon and Lilian Caroline Kolertsan, testified to dog nuisance, fences, and confrontations. The court found the Dillons liable for trespass and assault while acknowledging Reid's dog issues.
Thomas Dillon and William Dillon were each fined and ordered to pay £1 19s on the charge of teeapany 107. The proceedings list both defendants required to cover the penalty in the recorded amount.
