The last meeting of the club featured a Question Box with every member submitting a question for discussion. The night yielded a variety of ideas and was found very helpful. The club’s annual picnic is planned for Monday with expectations of a enjoyable day.

The Albion Mothers Club marked its tenth anniversary at the Masonic Hall with over 200 guests. Mrs E Mounsey received a purple and gold bouquet from Mrs L Duncan, joint hostesses welcomed guests, and a varied program featured Miss Ella Riddell and Miss Verna Donald among performers, plus speeches, toasts, supper, and cake with purple and gold icing.
