William Keith Harwood of Kaulkeet Sunshit appeared at Footscray court on Monday with three offences arising from an accident on Sunline Road. He was charged with negligent driving, failing to give name and address, and driving a motorcycle without a licence after colliding with cyclist Anklin near Wyilli, Barrie’s yard. He was convicted on all charges and fined totals of £6 and ordered to pay 5 shillings 2 pence costs.
Yesterday at Albans State School two boys slid during a football play causing Ronald sbie of Boundary Road to break his arm. He was taken to Gowland at Sunshine then moved to the Alfred spiral for treatment. full details of injury were unclear this morning.
At a committee meeting in Indian Town Hall on Monday last Bob Ewer was chosen coach for the coming season after seven candidates competed. A large turnout of old players attended the first practice on Tuesday as hopes rise for the season. The club also formed a social committee to oversee welfare and activities.

Keith Newman of Hampshire Road Sunshine was fined £2/10/ at Sunshine court for failing to register his business name under the Business Names Act 1928. The officer noted Keith Newman's Cycle Works appeared at his premises. he was ordered to register the name within 14 days.
