Rate-Collector Barnett Resigns After 34 Years Service

Assaulted His Father in Sun Sine District
Kevin Holman of 34 Benjamin Street Sun Sine was fined £10 at Sunshine Court last Friday after evidence showed he attacked his father at around 6 20 p.m. on 1 March while drunk and caused a disturbance. He admitted several prior assault and offensive behaviour convictions.

Deer Park Opens Avenue of Honor and Honor Roll
The Deer Park Avenue of Honor on Bellarat Road was opened last Saturday with trees planted four years earlier by the council growing well.
