No Case to Answer Rehearing Dismisses Case
The case against Sam Surace was dismissed after a Tuesday rehearing at Sunshine Court. Two judges disagreed on adjournment, with evidence noting a February 21 motorcycle crash on Hampshire Road Sunshine injuring a 15 year old boy, Alan Wright, who reported pain but no serious injury. The magistrate said knowledge of the injury was necessary and the defendant, through a passenger, denied causing harm.
