Management Committee Now Required for Shire Grounds
The council should form a management committee similar to others that oversee reserves in the shire. It would include representatives from sporting bodies planning to use the ground, with an independent chairman and secretary to ensure smooth operation for all parties. A past carnival raised funds years ago.
