Irene Margaret Harris and Walter Loughrey were married at St James Old Cathedral on February 16 in a full choral service. The bride wore ivory satin with seed pearl embroidery and a 150 year old limerick lace veil, with a bouquet of water lilies tuberoses and gardening. The reception followed at the Federal Hotel with about 90 guests.
