Braybrook Council rejected an application to establish a factory on Cy press Ave Brooklyn Monday, citing residential zoning. The decision blocks the plan as the area remains zoned for housing.
Braybrook Council accepts proposal from Transen Investments Ltd to finish Sredne Street with bitumen for the roadway and cement for footpaths after cement shortage delayed progress. Contractor must approve the plan and complete remaining work.
Braybrook Council granted approval for a woollen mill at the corner of Melon Street and South Re Braybrook. The Roxiea company had faced delays pending a Health Inspector review of processes. Initial dust concerns were deemed unfounded after investigation.
