History of Hotel Derrimut known in Sunshine district
A Sunshine history note explains the Hotel Derrimut origin and licence history. From 1924 to 1927 locals voiced support for a Sunshine hotel, a 1927 petition circulated, and a special court on November 22, 1927 reviewed petition signatures with scrutiny by licensing magistrate Vivian Tanner and registrar Nunn. 97 names were later added by Senior Constable Dibbs.
