Reply to editor on street through Sunshine Porcelain site

S CATHENF contests a report about a street through the Sunshine Porcelain Potteries Cay. He recalls visiting the Titles Office in September with a local resident and says the street is part of land transferred from the Railway Department to the company and encumbered. He states the company asked for cancelling the street and removing the encumbrance, but approval hinges on proof of 30 years of pedestrian or vehicle use, which he provides via local affidavits.
