Expansion of lunch aid told
The Agriculture Department expects only a modest expansion of the federally funded summer lunch program for needy children this year with spending possibly reaching 35 to 40 million dollars from a 50.6 million dollar allotment. Officials caution about narrowing reach due to local funding uncertainties and new anti abuse rules. A private group warns of possible overall decreases amid tightened regulations and cuts in related federal programs. Stephen Pavlovic, son of Arthur and Mrs. Pavlovic, won Kenyon College art alumni prize for best four year achievement in the Art Department. he is a 1969 Morgantown High School graduate.
