Moluccans clash with police in Dutch town rampage

Police exchanged gunfire with several dozen South Moluccan youths in Culemborg as they smashed windows and erected barricades in a six hour pre dawn disturbance. One youth was arrested after swinging a club at an officer. Damages were estimated at 40000 dollars.

Shuttle Enterprise Completes First Manned Test Flight

The Enterprise, mounted on a Boeing 747, completed a 55 minute manned test over Edwards AFB California. Astronauts Haise and Fullerton observed systems working smoothly despite prior computer delays. NASA plans three more captive flights before a late July or August free flight.
