Dr Eldon B. Tucker of Morgantown has secured historic highway markers from the West Virginia Department of Highways marking where the Mason Dixon Line ended after a four year effort. The site sits on land now owned by Consolidation Gas Supply Corp as Monongalia County and the bicentennial year 1976 nears. The West Virginia Antiquities Commission seeks National Register listing for Brown's Hill. Gov Arch Moore is asked to support the effort.
