Grafton and Taylor County eye five phase recreation plan
Randy Smith previewed a four year countywide plan to create nearly 20 parks and a county indoor recreation center and pool. Phase I would upgrade Maple Avenue and other playgrounds with new equipment while Phase II adds Blueville Rosemont Pruntytown West Grafton parks and a city park maintenance program. The plan proposes a $150 000 annual federal share across three years and a central recreation complex if a suitable building is found.
