Pilot's family sues over Black Hawk crash

The widow of Emil Rivera-Lopez, a 31 year old Army MH 60 Black Hawk pilot killed in Yemen in 2017, sues Lockheed Martin United Technologies and General Electric alleging improper engine part installation and maintenance caused a critical engine shut down. The suit in federal court claims defect and unsafe manuals. Rivera-Lopez served in the US war on terror and was not recovered.
