Munifest returns to New Bern with crafts, animals and history
The two day Munifest festival drew families and visitors to New Bern where residents shared experiences of the Ghent neighborhood and festival grounds near the New Bern Fireman's Museum. Vendors at the Farmers Market displayed glassware and jewelry while Buddy the alpaca entertained children. Local author Karen Dodd promoted her book Bear with Me Dear and offered free copies to readers who named houses featured in her book. Charlie Hall can be reached at 252-635-5667.
