He leaves father Fred Riggs of Maysville, sons Adam and Matthew Riggs, daughters Kayla Brett, Amanda Riggs, and Erica Padgett, siblings Dale Riggs, Pam Meadows, and Loretta Mercer, plus 12 grandchildren. He was preceded by wife Marion, mother Hilda, and sister Peggy. A private graveside service will be in Riggs Family Cemetery, Pollocksville, with arrangements by Kahlert Funerals & Cremations, Maysville.
