Two-vehicle crash at busy U S 70 intersection cited driver
James City A Pine Knoll Shores man William Straugh received a citation for safe movement after a Friday crash at the high traffic intersection of U S 70 and Williams Road in James City. Kimberley Richards 42 of New Bern was treated for a hurt arm but not hospitalized. The other driver avoided serious injury.
